My first day

My Weight Loss Challenge
Started my day with 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon and 6 oz. of grapefruit juice....I wanted toast!! Lunch came around and I had a BK Tendergrill Garden Salad with extra chicken...yummy and 6 oz. of grapefruit juice! Was totally full after that.....Dinner....taco salad with out the chips or tortillas. BLAH! Oh yeah and my 6 oz. of grapefruit juice. Was okay.This is the deal, I am 28 and weigh 215 pounds. I am only 5'3. SHORT AND ROUND!! Lol. I was fine with the way I looked until just recently! YUCK! I am rolley and dimpley and cant hardly play with my kids! THAT IS ENOUGH FOR ME!!! Started this diet today and will be on it for 12 days and then off for 2. Then I will start it back up. I rode the exercise bike with full tension for 10 minutes and did 100 crunches on the ABLounge. Me and my bestest friend Mary walked in the park for close to an hour and also did some step aerobics at the park for about 10 minutes. I am trying to help her loose some pounds too! Love her how she is but see how hard it is for her to do the simple things. I want her to be able to put on shoes of any style and not have to worry about her feet swelling! And am hoping with at least a 30 pound weight loss maybe her girly parts will provide a safe environment for her to carry another baby to term, as their daughter is needing a sibling. I am also supporting my mom in law! She has diabetes and has hand and feet numbness. I want to see her lose at least 30 pounds also. I think just getting two of the most VERY important people in my life motivated and healthy will make them happier women. They both are trying to act happy but I see deep down the pains that they are struggling with. Here is to a new HEALTHY year! I am looking for all the support I can get with my weight loss. I need motivation to get at least 30 pounds off by this time next year. PUSH ME, PULL ME, DRAG ME, SHOVE ME get me up and out of the house! Make me do this as we all know "It will make me feel better!"
